What time do the gates open for events?
Door times for events at Pier Six Pavilion change on a show by show basis.  Please check the website for exact times.

The following is a list of Pier Six patron restrictions:
Permitted items
:  blankets, small tote-type umbrellas and small collapsible low back lawn chairs (permitted on most shows), one empty or factory-sealed water bottle allowed per customer

Prohibited items:  No bottles, cans or coolers.  No outside food or beverages.  No professional cameras (with a removable lens) or recording devices.   No laser pointers.  No weapons of any kind. No pets. No large umbrellas.

All carry-in items:  Essential bags will be searched.  Pier Six Management reserves the right to final approval of all items brought into the amphitheater.

General: Everyone needs a ticket in the pavilion. Re-entry is not permitted to the Amphitheater. Shoes must be worn.  Children under 2 years of age are allowed into the venue free of charge. Children under the age of 2 within the reserved seating areas must sit on parents lap during the event.

General Admission at the Pier
From time to time, a show is designated as General Admission. In this case, “General Admission” will be printed on your ticket instead of a section and seat number. At the Pier we have 3,000 seats and approx. 1,000 spaces on the lawn. No less than 75% of people who come to a GA show will have a seat. Seats are occupied on a first come, first serve basis and therefore entering as gates are opening will likely result in getting a good seat.

If you are a media company and interested in doing an interview with an upcoming artist, please contact Sam Silverman: ssilverman@ramsheadgroup.com.

Public restrooms are located near the front entrance and portable facilities are located behind the lawn area.

Features for Patrons with Disabilities
Provision for person with disabilities include wheelchair-accessible seating locations. Pathways and ramps can be found through the west side of the property. All restrooms on the west side of the property include wheelchair-accessible facilities. If you require assistance or handicapped seating, please contact the box office so that we may best accomodate you at 410.783.4189.

Inclement Weather
All events will go on rain or shine. There will be not refunds in the event of rain.

Smoking is prohibited in the pavilion and management requests that you refrain from smoking on the lawn for the safety and enjoyment of our guests.
