What time do the gates open for events?

Door times for events at Pier Six Pavilion change on a show by show basis.  Please  check the website for exact times.


Box Office Hours

Pier Six policy is open Monday thru Saturday from 10am until 5pm. The box office will remain open on show days until 10pm.


Restrooms

Public restrooms are located near the front entrance and portable facilities are located behind the lawn area.


Features for Patrons with Disabilities

Provision for person with disabilities include wheelchair-accessible seating locations. Pathways and ramps can be found through the west side of the property. All restrooms on the west side of the property include wheelchair-accessible facilities. If you require assistance or handicapped seating, please contact the box office as soon as possible so that we may best accomodate you at 410.783.4189.


Inclement Weather

All events will go on rain or shine. There will be not refunds in the event of rain.


Where can I smoke?

Smoking is prohibited in the pavilion and management requests that you refrain from smoking on the lawn for the safety and enjoyment of our guests.


What type of patron regulations for events

The following is a list of Pier Six restrictions:
• Permitted items: pillows, blankets, small tote-type umbrellas, small collapsible lawn chairs.
• Prohibited items: Weapons of any kind, backpacks, glass containers, beverages, cameras, recording devices, food, coolers, pets, large umbrellas.
• All carry-in items: essential bags will be searched.
• Pier Six Management reserves the right to final approval of all items brought into the amphitheater.
• Re-entry is not permitted to the Amphitheater.

All shows must end by 11pm, firm.
